Chef/Owner Weldon Fizell of The Regatta of Cotuit and Katie Stubstad of Cape Abilities prepare Buttercup Bisque, a delicous seasonal treat. The squash was grown at Cape Abilities Farm. Thank you to The Wine List in Hyannis for their support. The farm is part of Cape Abilities, a non-profit that provides jobs, homes and other services for people with disabilities on Cape Cod. More than 50 people with disabilities work at the farm.
