  • I actually like aspects of all the versions. I've been trying to get the DVDs but so far I could only get the 1945 version in the US.

  • Once you've seen the Russian version no other will do. As well as having the best atmosphere, it has a smoking hot Vera Claythorne.

  • like this and the 1945 version. 1965 is my favorite though, its got that great bedroom scene with shirley eaton smouldering almost to the point of combustion. gotta giggle every time i see it.

  • A excellent version of Agatha Christie's tale. Many thanks for uploading.

  • @zbmc5 The 1989 is atrocious, but I find it has the best Wargrave

  • @zbmc5

I agree with you about the 1989 version. Truly awful, but then I don't think the story has ever been adapted properly.

Great cast in both the 65 & 74 productions, but the direction was terrible. They've all been made with a hint of humour, whereas the story as written by Agatha Christie was quite dark & spooky. The Russian version was probably the best effort.

  • Mr. Blore looks like Rob Ford.

  • @zbmc5 The 1965 version wasn't bad, I just feel like it hasn't dated very well. Too much of that "swinging 60's" vibe. Plus, Fabian and Daliah Lavi gave atrocious performances. I've watched it several times, nonetheless. The worst is the 1989 adaptation.

  • @zbmc5 Are you kidding? I loved the 1965 one! That was a brilliant one!!

  • Thanks for the posting. Loved this version of the story. Great cast, and a cool location with the hotel in Iran.
