I wish I'd known about this at the time! the stripes are my favorite americans, and Jack is one of my alltime fav musicians, it is outstanding for performers of their generation (and standing) to recognise what these old boys (the chelsea pensioners) did for US, They sacrificed SO much in wars against fascists and other dictatorships so that we can live in freedom that we generally just take for granted. Just to raise awareness of the C.P's is a great thing... all power to Jack & Meg White!!
