more bullying from the neighbor

So, for the past few days I've been gardening on the back deck. What this entails is the following:
1. a 1-2 mile hike through the heat, bending around the city's paved hallways, hopping from one tree's' shadow to another. Along some streets the trees are sparse, and heat melts you into the concrete. Still other times, part of the walk is through or around the park, where trees have eyes in their bark, drums beat, roses grow, and benches rest in the shade.
2. Picking up whatever it is that we are to stock up on, like groceries, plants, soil, cat litter, etc.
3. The dreaded task of coming and going from the house.

In this video, I am leaving the house, and putting the garbage back against the house, because it had been moved into the middle of the driveway.
A few seconds after I was finnished that, she came storming out of the house, and ran toward the garbage. I hit record again.
My heart started pounding, and I had been doing some breathing exercises that did not stop my limbs and voice from shaking.
I wanted to talk to her and figure out why she can't just live peaceably in the house. Her logic is like cows eat grass, and grass is green so cows are green, and then Im just annoyed.

I went the store, which always has the same people working in it, so you come to know them after a few years. That was nice.

I come home, and the garbage is moved to the middle of the driveway again, so I put it back. I try to focus on breathing again.

I come in the house, Im thinking, stand your ground Annette, stay present.


Mom tried to push her way out of our door, I resisted but though she is small, she is also strong. Shes taunting her playfully, mom always did have a way with trying to make something funny, playful, and lighthearted.

Theresa seems to get angry about it though.

I try talking sense into her ramblings, but I never know if the last few words I've spoken where even heard.

@savagenomore ...you are not understanding... it only went in front of the hose once... it was put on the side of the house, near the front because my 70 year old mother was getting verbally attacked and physically intimidated down an alley way where there are no people to see.... this white lady also, since this incident, contacted the human rights association and told them over the phone that my mother threw bleach on her because she is black... my mother moved because this lady is so nuts
