Peak oil.
He uses this cliche, that existed even before I was born, in order to gain support.
Peak oil is a myth for people that are to naive to see the facts or like to beleive in peak oil.
The problem with oil is not that it is running out but that the technology for gaining access to heavy oil and such was not advanced enough. But that is changing.
Saudi Arabia has recently purchased new technology from Chevron to attain heavy oil reserves.

The one which has been observed for only 30 years which is basically zero procent of the earths history.

The arctic has 1.05 million spuare km more ice today that it had last year at this date but yet apparently it is going to dissapear soon.

Too bad most Americans think Gore is an idiot. While of course they are the idiots.
But sooner or later they won't be able to pay for all the oil they love to waste. They think oil will be there forever. What a bunch of morons.
