im not too sure i would feel comfortable using a weapon that has that weak of a spring. of course i have never owned a glock so I'm not too sure if that is typical

10-15 yards is absolutely practical for what a pistol i designed for... and it's something that takes a lot of practice to get right in competition and even more so when your life is on the line.
