It has been resoundingly refuted and exposed for what it is by actual scientists.
Further, the ToE is at least as well supported by evidence as the Atomic Theory of Matter, Theory of Gravity, and the Germ Theory of Disease.
The IDCH is as well supported as the Flat Earth Theory.

Evolution is a fact. It happens. The Theory of Evolution (ToE) explains how evolution happens, and is open to revision or even falsification as evidence changes. The IDCH is nothing more than a disingenuous political power-grab covered in the underwear of religious masturbation and veiled in the cheap tuxedo of sciency sounding words.

Oh fer Pete's sake. Do you even know the difference between theory as used in the layman's sense and the scientific sense?
A scientific theory, which the theory of evolution is and the Intelligent Design Creationism Hoax is not, is a predictive hypothesis well tested and supported by the best rigorous methods and evidence we have available, and which best explains what we observe.
