The climber is Arnim Dahl (1922-1998), a german stuntman. video iss from 50s and most of scenes are from Hamburg in Germany (in scene with wheel there is a sing - Ostseestrand - Baltic sea beach). video is also in movie gizmo! from 1977. but i dont know the name of the song
