Jason Momoa describes how he got the gig as Drogo for the upcoming A Game of Thrones pilot at Auckland Armageddon '09.

Sorry about dropping the camera, but I don't take people looking at me like that very well (especially not uber Stargate fans... :P). I'm fairly sure he was joking about it as there were at least a dozen other people with their cameras out, but if he (or his representative or HBO) asks me to take this down, of course I will do just that.

Extra information: The haka he performed in the audition is the same one he performed at his cousins funeral, so he refused to do it on stage (and fair enough).
