A clean and press with the kettlebells is one of my favorite exercise. I usually do this one for time not for reps and just zone out for 3 or 4 minutes. By the end you'll pretty much feel it everywhere. Your biceps help curl each rep up slightly, your shoulders o course get worked with the press. Every rep down you are flexing your abs hard to stay upright and popping your hips and legs to drive the weight up. There is a lot of technique with this one and there are actually world champions with this one lift so practice, practice, practice and get efficient at it.

  • I hate to nit-pick, but that looks like a push-press, not a strict press ? Amazing job anyway

  • @mujtabag

You're probably right. A good visual though to show clients what I mean when I tell then to do some kettle bell clean and press

  • @TaylorBeech Very impressive. Do you do Girevoy Sport? How much do the bells weigh?

  • @mujtabag

Hey that's awesome I have never heard of Girevoy sport. Those that compete in that I have a great respect for!

The bells are only about 35lbs.
