Wonderful and very insightful. It applies to synagogues too!

Superb! It's funny, yet sad at the same time.

Someone once said, "The preaching can be scriptural, the music can be uplifting, but if visitors come to church and don't find a warm welcome they won't be back."

Seeing Papyrus, Comic Sans, and Curlz all in one composition in this video reaffirmed to me that Satan does indeed walk the Earth. Sometimes he has access to the Adobe Font Folio.

My apologies, but this video is not meant to create debate over God, it is meant to help churches consider those visiting more effectively. I'm sorry that you are tortured (your screen name) and I hope you feel better. I'm also curious how you found the video. I hope you don't give up on God. I don't look down on you. I wish you well and hope you experience God's love and I'm sorry for what those in the church might have done to you. Peace.

BUT in the Italian roast there was no question about the true presence of caffeine. Too many think the same cup can contain regular and decaf at the same time :)

I totally agree and it needs to be a genuine welcome too not something that feels forced and artificial. For me, forced greetings also feel creepy. I probably wouldn't return.

In the beginning was The Bean. The Bean contained ingredients for The Coffee and The Coffee came from the brewing of The Bean. Without the Bean nothing that was served could be served.

This is so funny! I think a lot of people don't understand what parables are so they're getting offended. But the wonderful thing is it's getting people thinking and talking and having conversations about things they hadn't thought about.

"culturally strategic." REALLY? That's what Christ calls the church to be?

I would hate a Starbucks like this. I would hate a church like this. And I would also hate a church who thought this was funny, or thought that this would be helpful in any way to spread the gospel. Showing people how hip, ironic, in-touch or way cool your church is in comparison with all the loser churches out there impresses me not at all with your brand of Christianity.
