@benjovi55 Good call. Those poles sound expiensive. I'll have my little sister walk infront of me as I don't really know any little people. She'll probably pretty easy to push onto any oncoming rattlers. Thanks for the tip. =)

@TruthBeTold2K You need to get the "Rattler-Pro" Hiking poles for that. They have the optional dart gun, stun gun, and grenade launcher attachments. Also, if you go hiking with a little person, have the little person walk ahead of you. They are like magnets for rattlers, keeping you much safer.

Can you stab rattle snakes with them? I'm in Cali and I'm parinoid as hell.

@catascouts The stream is more shallow than it looks. Probably only 4 inches deep. It's also a seasonal stream. I didn't see any fish in it whatsoever, but there's a small possibility they're out there.
