@commodore81 Because he likes it that way. But seriously I think he mixes the signal between the pdi and mics. I'm pretty sure there is a vid on here somewhere where he talks about mixing them because of bright sounding rooms. And he cranks the amps because it's awesome.

why does joe have his amps cranked, cabs miked and plexiglass sound block if he's using a pdi-03 speaker simulator to put his signal to the pa? not using the mikes?
