A breakfast nook can seat up to four guests, and leads to the furnished screened porch, which has a dining table for four, and a gas barbeque grill. The den, adjacent to the great room, features a large flat screen TV with VCR and DVD player, as well as a collection of books. A fireplace is available as well. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, full ocean views and private access to the deck and hot tub. The master bath includes dual sinks and custom tile. SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has access to a deck with a stunning full ocean view, and a spiral staircase that leads directly to the private beach boardwalk. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and shares a full hall bath with the third bedroom, also furnished with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a private full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players.
