The Truth in Rock Bill has been made into a law and it was passed in 28 states recently including Okalhoma, and the law states that a group must have an original member to perform or they have to call themselves a tribute band. Plus the promoters can be sued if they book any fake groups. A good way to stop those fake bitches from performing.
