I saw this show in Washington DC at P T Warner theater and it was the most incredible show by any performer period. Their closest rival was Queen at the Kennedy Center doing the Queen II/ Sheer Heart Attack tour. Two different acts both incredible. Freddy and Peter at their finest!!!
@kholmes39 Michael Tsarion is the worlds premier conspiracy researcher/lecturer/author. Leo Zagami, Jordan Maxwell and Alexandre Dumas pere are highly informative as well. p.s. Melting Euphoria is similar to Ozric Tentacles and Gong
Great sound quality and good match-up with that concert footage. Peter Gabriel singing that apocalyptic Revelation imagery at the end, in the tradition of Yeats's New Jerusalem, gives me chills. In the studio, while recording this, he said he was "singing for his life."
@MoveOverCasanova It's the new remastered version. You can tell it has the longer fade out, and the bass pedals were corrected from the original version.
Massey Hall Toronto '74...Genesis also performed these songs: Return Of The Giant Hogweed,Dancing With The Moonlit Knight,The Knife, I Know What You Like...from what I can recall from the concert.... all these years later Enjoy!
I was 18 when I saw Genesis's incredible theatrical music performance (Selling England By The Pound tour) at the original Massey Hall in Toronto around 1974, I became an immediate fan since I had never heard of them before that ...Now 37 yrs later I get to see and hear on YT the great early Genesis near the apex of the bands cohesion, which culminated with the thematic underrated double album..The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway, this brings back fond memories and I still love early Genesis Thanks!
Wow..I just digested this 3 part very early Genesis song, "Suppers Ready"... it is around 18 min.long in total..it.even takes up one side of the original LP album called Foxtrot....the video is accurate because I saw Genesis perform at the Old Massey Hall in Toronto Canada in fall 1973 or 74.. Selling England By The Pound tour,,,they made their N American inroad first in Canada.. the show began with the song Watcher Of The Skies..they also performed Suppers Ready,Musical Box....

@CapLockFreak yeah, the remastered version sucks. Who cares if the pedals were wrong in the original. The voices were better!
