These few brief glimpses into the magic that went into this marvellous picture were made available to the public for a short while on the Song of the South page of the Walt Disney Museum website. They have now been removed from the website. I'm not entirely sure why; it could be that the Disney company wasn't pleased with the fact that behind the scenes footage of a film they refuse to release should be seen by the public--or it could simply be due to the fact that the site has gone through some drastic reworking.
I would like to leave a copyright notice, however I am not aware who the rights holder of this wonderful footage is. And so I would like to simply acknowledge that this footage does not belong to me, that it is owned by someone other than myself. If anyone knows who, specifically, please let me know and I would be happy to give them credit.
Thank you for posting this! I was afraid it was gone forever after Disney removed it from their site.

Could be that Disney realizes Song of the South has some outdated content in it--and while they aren't completely disowning it, they're treating it like something that's from the past and should stay there.
