Who do I contact for further information on this program? Also I would be interested in knowing what level of support is in place, as in is there available seminars/training for personnel etc?
Regards,

Interesting, didn't know that this process was so evolved.

As someone said here below, educational and to the point – I have been doing my patent research for clients through attorneys up to date, but I must say that this is looking like a better option.

@superwealthybigbucks We are located in USA (Sacramento CA, Chicago IL), Europe (Switzerland) and Japan

The Pantros Technology can be applied to semantically index any text or document, including web content. This IP application is for patent data banks. Trademark search is a slightly different story as not as interesting for natural language analysis.
-
@Lisasurfergirl This is very strong as it shows results relevancy ranked by the content. You can combine the natural language search with any Boolean or wild card search to rank Boolean results.

Definitely a useful research tool, will have to take a closer look when I have more time.

Useful, thank you for the information

Informative - Does this program allow me to search trademarks as well or is this patent specific?
Looks great from the patent perspective though.

If this utility can do half of what the presentation displays then I can see it as a life saver in the future for many aspects in research and development, patent application viability not to mention from a potential investment prospective and competitive research trending.
Good presentation, concise, educational and straight to the point.
