i think Kisamean is refering to the scenario if disk commander wasn't banned, if it was used in zombie world decks, you could special summon it with zombie master, or any other form and drop 2 for Disk's effect + 1 for card of safe return.

no card of safe return only allows u to draw 1 card

and zombie decks that actually run zomboie world would kill cuz he'd be treated as a zombie and with card of safe return you draw 3 card every time you special summon him and thats to much damn draw power

yea its a shame, but if you think about the current senario if it weren't banned, Tele-DAD would be absolutly unstopable, they would stick in Graceful revival (lvl2 limit reverse)and that would combo insanely with Krebons and Plague spreader as well as Disk Commander. i didnt see why they banned it until i heard about the new Synchro monsters lol.

d-hero disk commander when he is speical summoned from the grave you  can draw 2 cards but he banned now.
