I agree. Its all a distraction. The population is bombarded with useless shit to distract them. Now I wouldn't mind a little distraction here and there but such distractions are welcome if the person is aware that he/she is being distracted [as every one who has commented here realizes no doubt]. The problem of course is that the majority of the population do not even ping the fact that they are pawns and that, is the tragedy of it all.
