any time you upgrade anything on your bike it helps to incorperate a power commander as in this case although he has on slipons his intake to exhaust ratio is now modified so he should chang his map to let the computer know hey i can now allow out more exhaust but then again if he didnt change his air filter to a high flow filter it wont make much difference what exhaust hes running on his bike. Imagine if u were running a race with ure nose and sinus clear but ure breathing through a straw.

sounds stock

backfiring // correct map ? yes , try block off plates. had muzzys ss full exhaust and m10, flies out and had that issue. i added tre which puts it in 6th gear map and also added the plates... no more backfire

Sounds and looks good man! Almost as cool as those Navy issued cover all's.

I think the stock cans sounded better then the D&D's ..

Sounds like an old school Transformer :D
hey, does decel pop hurt the bike in any way - i get it a lot. in mid range but not high or low range.
i also have pc III with 4 in 1 yosh full system. please let me know how to fix this if you know.

No the decel pop is not suppose to hurt the bike. The only thing I've heard to fix it is the TRE but most don't like it.

Mine pops right around 3.5k rpms on decel just about everytime. I'm not a mechanic but from what I hear it does this with stock cans as well, it's just muffled so much that you can't hear it. It shouldn't damage the bike in any way.

do you get any popping or backfiring on decel with these?

Yes, but it sounds great. I like the decel pop and a little light show

I tried to do a before and after so you have something to compare the sound to. It's got nothing but complents when riding around. It's the street pack version not as loud as the old D&D's. Took about 20 mins to install, and everything else is stock. No PCIII needed.
I'm still very happy with it 2 months later.
