The correct name of this city is AKKA - the Romanised form is Acre.

Akka is an Arab city that was colonized by Zionist Jews when they expanded the borders of the Israeli State into the area allocated for the Palestinian State, back in 1948

It was a military take-over of an Arab city by Zionist Jews. The Zionists expelled many of the Arabs living in this city.
