Why the 700 club is wrong about so called New Atheism.

This is my rebutal to a 700 club segment critisizing this suppousedly "New Atheism" of the past decade. Thank you all for taking the time to watch this longer than usual video.

No, but communism, although different than the meaning of atheism, is still based on the ideological grounds of atheism. And millions more people killed in genocides under the rule of the atheist regimes, well over the percentage killed in the name of religion. So, atheism had its share of history as well. It's interesting how atheists do all they can to deny that communism is based on an idea of atheism, but scholars seem to know best than the general public, so I believe the scholars.

Again there is a distinct diffrence. Atheist are just as capable of violence as theist, nobody is arguing that they can't but it is not the same things as the violent jihads or crusades of theist. Again there is no universally recognized clergy or sacred texts that all secularist get their morality from...we can condemn Stalin and those like him without hypocricy.

@Skepticktok No sir, you are wrong again. You see, Mr. Adolf and his Nazis flew war planes and killed many people that way. He and his Nazis brought in captives, Jews and Christians particularly, and on top of that he murdered the Germans, his own people. So thank you for re-instating me. Atheists have their fair share in history. Finally, China is sn atheist state as far as the government and politics is involved. Nothing good comes out of atheism. So atheism is not a solution to either.

There's a diffrence between "I'm going to kill you because God wants me too" and "I'm going to kill you because I don't think there is a God." Again unlike the Bible and Qu'ran where there are passages that imply God approving violence, Atheism doesn't have a universally recognized moral authority to critique. Again I'm not saying that Atheist are always innocent, but we don't justify our violence with our lack of belief. That's a correlation/causation fallacy.

Hitler (christian) Totalitarian , Authoritarian Dictator = mass killings

saddam Hussein (muslim) Totalitarian , Authoritarian Dictator = mass killings

Genghis Khan (Tengriism) Totalitarian , Authoritarian Dictator = mass killings

diffrent times, diffrent veiws on Religion yet something in commen that allowed them to order all those deaths

I watched the vid. Pathetic propaganda. Pat and Dinesh made the same mistakes that other theists do: They point to past evil atheistic regimes and ignore the many atheistic countries today that are doing great. They point to the Big Bang as supporting them but, beyond arguing from ignorance, don't they have any evidence more recent than 14 billion Yrs ago? "...but the new atheists are not content to defend unbelief..." How are you supposed to defend unbelief without criticizing religion?
