Words of His Majesty Emperor HAILE SELASSIE I
'' EDUCATION DEVELOPS THE INTELLECT; AND THE INTELLECT DISTINGUISHES MAN FROM OTHER CREATURES. IT IS EDUCATION THAT ENABLES MAN TO HARNESS NATURE AND UTILIZE HER RESOURCES FOR THE WELL BEING AND IMPROVEMENT OF HIS LIFE. THE KEY FOR THE BETTERMENT AND COMPLETENESS OF MODERN LIVING IS EDUCATION.
BUT, ' MAN CANNOT LIVE BY BREAD ALONE '. MAN, AFTER ALL IS ALSO COMPOSED OF INTELLECT AND SOUL. THEREFORE, EDUCATION IN GENERAL, AND HIGHER EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR, MUST AIM TO PROVIDE, BEYOND THE PHYSICAL, FOOD FOR THE INTELLECT AND SOUL. THAT EDUCATION WHICH IGNORES MAN'S INTRINSIC NATURE, AND NEGLECTS HIS INTELLECT AND REASONING POWER CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED TRUE EDUCATION. ***H.I.M.**
Blessed Be The Great Ethiopian Minister of Education.
His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I.
Blessed Be Her Imperial Majesty Empress Menen
Blessed Be The Woman Mother of Creation.

..and learning and teaching...being humble in receiving knowledge is so important for our entire lives, and so i thank you again for teaching me, and others, about our precious lives... and about the beautiful ONE-ness that connects us all... to eachother... may the universe keep all of us in balance with eachother and the mother earth... and may we all learn of her beauty together...

mista reuben.... that is a beautiful loving piece of art... with visuals to remind us of the simplicity and beauty of life that we are very fortunate to have in the 'developed worlds'... thank you for really positive reminders of giving, and sharing, and caring for our fellow living beings... and for truly being that change that i also wish to see in this world...
