hey ... I do the same "without" astro ... I have a question though, is there anyway to make those apps original ? meaning that the android market will actually update downloaded apps with astro ?if yes tell me how. Thanks. and what diff does it make when you root the phone ?

@carlitouus1 Hey, rooting the phones give you full access to perform all operations etc.. so its useful to have! Bit like on windows when you have full administrative access to the PC unlike a guest account!
Right now I have no idea if android market sees your apps as legit ones in order to allow updates.. that is usually down to certificate issues.. have not checked up on that to be honest..
