TeamFlightBrothers blah man, this vid is why I watch NBA even with its flaws. I am using this training program that's used by NBA players - 50inch vertical[dot]com - I am already jumping higher and dominating on the court!

TeamFlightBrothers dude, after I increased past 13 inches on my jump by finishing the training at ( 50 inch vertical(dot)com ), being able to dunk is the least thing I have to worry about in basketball now, heh
