Legendary Jamaican comic Oliver Samuels stars in this one-off special Blouse and Skirt broadcast in the 1980s on Channel Four it was a showcase of Caribbean comedy and Black British entertainers. Stars Sprangalang, Errol Fabien, Bello & Blacka, Lovena Brown, Devon Morgan and Charles Tomlin. Written by Malcolm Fredrick who played the character "Beastie" in No Problem. This clip features legendary Trinidadian comic Sprangalang.
