De&Sam Best Surprise Engagement Proposal Ever

December, 2000 Dewayne Bontrager surprised Samantha Colosi on a cruise that she thought she was sailing only with her mom Stephanie Colosi. Dewayne missed his flight from Atlanta to Tampa and boarded the ship minutes before it departed. He had to stay out of view for 8 hours and her mom had to pre-occupy her and convince her to go port side immediately following dinner to take pictures with the captain. The rest is in the video.
