@goddamncompsux some do, but in all seriousness its not that hard to set up yourself, you need to source:

Custom Turbo Manfold,

Custom Intake Plenum Manifold,

Intercooler and Piping,

Steel Head Gasket,

A Turbo, perhaps a Garret GT35/40 Dual BB,

A Custom Exhaust and Air Intake,

All the relevant hoses, clamps and gaskets,

And finally a good tune...

A setup like this could run around 4-6 PSI depending on the tune, with stock internals, with better internals, maybe upto 20 PSI for big power.
