  • Is it normal for your lower back to really burn while doing this exercise.

  • yes it is normal. The lower lumbar area is getting worked as well. Of course if you feel sharp pain stop immediately, but the burning is ok.

  • wow if this fag wants to go to the BIG LEAGUES he needs to start training harder i would recomend the skake weight (womens to get started) and maybe move up to something like water areobics.

  • This is horrible to show a young HS athlete. You should pause in the middle to prevent potential lower back issues.
