wow if this fag wants to go to the BIG LEAGUES he needs to start training harder i would recomend the skake weight (womens to get started) and maybe move up to something like water areobics.

This is horrible to show a young HS athlete. You should pause in the middle to prevent potential lower back issues.

Is it normal for your lower back to really burn while doing this exercise.

yes it is normal. The lower lumbar area is getting worked as well. Of course if you feel sharp pain stop immediately, but the burning is ok.
