Well, it depends. If the anime ends up the same quality as the Tsukihime anime, then NO, it isn't. Besides, Manga often are more detailed and tell the story better, so in a sense manga is superior to anime. Of course, anime doesn't have the character's voices(duh) so if that's what you're talking about, then yeah... Though that really isn't enough to say anime is better if you ask me. True, I haven't read much manga in a long time, but that's because anime is easier to come by.
