Can anyone tell me if there is a huge difference between the toaster pickups and the new ones? Also I can not find a stero cable, is it worth the search? Take care.

really nice sound on that. why did you swap the necks? how is a mcguinn better/different than the stock neck? im asking cause i might get a ric.

I didn't swap the neck, this was a conversion that was done at the factory back in the late 80's. The original apparently was having problems and at the time, you could send your guitar to the factory for repairs.

Man, looks like you got a classic model with the old pickup spacing rather than the 3 extra frets.

That's right, this is a 1966 body with a 60's reissue neck.

Is the McGuinn neck wider?

Nope, the McGuinn models had a normal-sized neck.
