6-8 million dogs enter shelters each year. Many find homes, many do not. Unfortunately, there isn't a happy ending for every homeless dog.

The lucky few that make it out are just that: lucky. The unlucky ones are humanely euthanized. Equally, in a no-kill shelter, most dogs wait months, even years, before finding a home. It's a terrible tragedy that CAN be prevented.

These are real shelters dogs at the local humane society I volunteer at. I produced this video to raise awareness of the shelter dogs desperately in need of homes; not only in this shelter, but in shelters all around the world.
