Crysis running on HP 6735s laptop with most settings high

my laptops spec is:
without my video capture program running i get 25-32FPS and if i add shadows to high i get 18-25FPS
With the video capture sofware running i get 7-18 FPS
Processor - ADM Athlon(tm)X2 DualCore QL-62 2.00 GHz, Memory - 3GB, HDD 250 GB
Following crysis settings are applied:
Texture = Medium Objects = medium Shadows = Low Sharders = Medium All other = High
resolution = 800x480 Direct x is set to run under 9 not 10
Resolution = 800x480 direct x is set to run under DX9

But you can play Crysis.

I have an HP with Celeron 575 and you can't play to Phantasy Star Online, or Virtua Tennis or anything. Only World of Warcraft an it's get only by CPU. 4500MHD integrated on chipset GL40 are really NOT accelerator, because they can't accelerate video or DX10.

With a basic 3200 HD you can play to anything you want, this is the diference.
