Democrat politicians and the ACLU want charges filed against the 2 old men. They want them charged for assault and battery for grabbing him and throwing him to the ground. They also want the 2 old men to be charged with kidnapping for tying him up.

My grandfather passed away at age 67 and he was a ill tempered man, he was nearly robbed outside of Livonia, Michigan. He smashed that guy in the face do hard he fractured part of his cheekbone, broke his nose and gave him a black eye in one hit. The guy was down for the whole 30 minutes the police took to get there. He was cleared of all assault charges.
