Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Consumer advocate and former U.S. presidential candidate Ralph Nader talks with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton about the possible creation of a Consumer Financial Protection Agency. President Barack Obama today urged Congress to close gaps in financial regulations that will protect consumers from practices that have helped push some Americans deep into debt.
