Excellent Video. Just looked it up in Pavels RKC Book. The movements of the side press and the bent press are pretty similar, so i also agree with Rusaldo13. But the explanation of the drill is short, accurate and right, so nevermind.

thats more like a bent press, side press is not that exaggerated of a bend at the hip
