Wow, i never thought a j-bass would sound that good with flatwound strings on it. I got a '75 and it sounds killer with roundwounds. I'll try flats someday. Nice bass playing btw. Cheers!

@5123963 Sorry, but no. It's a 6/6 blues in (I believe) F# minor. So besides that, it's improvised, I didn't use a tab.

how do you get that tone out of your bt100? i just got one today and i cant seem to get it out of sorta growly and trebly tones, and i want somthing clean but need help plz reply

@hitopsful Well, this video's pretty old, so I don't know exactly what I was using then, but I still use the same amp, so I set my knobs like so:
Lows: 3 o'clock, Low-Mids: 5 o'clock, High-Mids: 11 o'clock, Highs: 10 o'clock
Part of it is also the strings, I was using Fender flatwounds in this video, so they're a lot smoother than roundwounds. Now I play with Fender nylon tapewounds, best strings ever if you're looking for a nice warm, smooth tone.
