There are two kinds of people in this world, nice people and unkind people. You are the second type. Unkind people say mean spirited things about others, the sad thing is you probably don't care that you hurt others by your statements. All that you have done is demonstrate your ignorance and rudeness. I could say mean things about your singing, like you're off key, but I never would because I was taught not to be mean towards others. Grow up and show some maturity Nathan.

  • I believe it's harder than running. It's stupider, too. If you want to get somewhere slow, you walk. If you want to get somewhere fast, you run. You do this if you want to hyper-extend your knee.

  • Gross... Fresno is like 20 miles away from me.

  • @MrDayjafar race walking is much harder technically, but when it comes to physiological strain and exhaustion as well as mentally, running wins easily.

  • @MrDayjafar it alway depend how fast you run :P but the technic is way harder to get wright

  • im 11 and i do the racewalk its actually way harder than running

  • Racewalking is a sport that requires; discipline, feleability, strength ( cores and legs), coordination and requires the stamnia of distance running with the techique of a skill event. ( i.e. sprnting, hurdling) ,

  • can anyone tell me what the song in this video is??

  • Technically Race Walk is an event in the sport of T&F. It is contested not only at the NAIA indoor and outdoor collegiate T&F Championships, but at all USATF indoor & outdoor championships plus the Olympics (3 races). It is a featured event at the Millrose Games and Penn Relays. Even the HS Rule book covers race walking - right next to the steeplechase, the other technical event for distance athletes. Hey they give college scholarships for this just like every other T&F event in the sport.
