    I believe our fireworks displays in 2012 were outstanding and the 'best' in a long time. That's my opinion, and clearly shared by others as my earlier comment has been liked.

    Why? Why can't we just say it was fantastic, what is to gain from saying it's the best? Firstly it's probably not & secondly we shouldn't need to feel we're the best to enjoy something to the full, it's selfserving. Just my opinion.

    No.. We're not exceptionally great or the best at anything & I don't really mind that. There's always someone that can do it better, it's not a great attitude to have to think you're the best, what matters is that we have a good time. ☮
