  • why are diet sodas always recommended? why not real natural fruit juice? or carbonated drinks like la croix? diet sodas are full of nasty chemicals...why promote them in a "healthy foods" video?

  • Yeah, and it doesn't help you stay skinny, either. Even though it lacks calories t it leads to weight gain.
