  • 4 people cant let the good times roll

  • @keaton1895 One of many? Their lyrics all rhymed and where deep with poetry. They where a rare brand of pop, not oriented to make money as a prime goal, like almost all other pop bands do. They did not change any members ever.

They where soft but solid at the same time. Individually, the bass player and the first guitar where exceptional, and the keyboard guy was probably the best ever in pop music. They didn't have one hit song, but at least five LPs in a row full of hits and not one bad song.

  • @hrdrocn

Dude, not to flame you but if this is from their Rock goes to college DVD, then it most definitely is from 78. If you look up Dangerous types, also a big hit for them, you'll see the promotional video for the song, also dated 1978. There's also, the DVD of them playing in Germany in 1979 doing "My best friends girl" and Ric is playing it there as well. Who knows, maybe it was a prototype or something...
