  • @islamstillsucksallah Thank you for taking that nice, sentimental, nostalgic moment and completely bastardizing it by devolving into an ignorant Obama-bashing rant.

  • @wdm1219 Pat Sajak and Chuck Woolery will always be The Best Host of Wheel and Susan Stafford and Vanna White are THE Best Hostess for Wheel as well

Bob Goen was a good host, too but @ least he was better than Rolf Bernirschke and Summer Bartholomew, even though she was a sub-hostess on Wheel, she will always be Miss $ale of the Century

God Bless Wheel of Fortune and God Bless You Merv for makin' Wheel of Fortune a success

R.I.P. Merv, Jack Clark and Charlie O'Donnell

    Wheel is STILL HOTT

  • I still think Chuck was the better host. This transition was done with class. Suppose they'd promoted Susan to host.

  • Chuck returned to NBC 2 years later and hosted Scrabble

  • Over the years Woolery had to have regretted this decision! LOL

  • @SubconsciousGatherer I thought it was "Date women on TV"

  • "I judge women on TV with the help of Chuck Woolery." -Beastie Boys

  • @johnissoevil .... well, maybe my choice of words was too strong... it's not AWFUL, but I prefer watching the Chuck version. He's a much better host. And the new show needs more than a few tweaks: the GIANT balls, the green highlights around the correct letters (not very visible, and out of sync), and yes, the bonus round.

  • @toastandjam1967 I have no problem with the new format of Lingo, well, save for the bonus round, which should be tweaked. Engvall, on the other hand, as I've said before, he sounds and acts like he smokes like 5 joints and drinks an entire case of beer between tapings.

  • @pytko3 .... Chuck did NOT quit. He asked for a salary increase from $65,000 per YEAR to $500,000 per year, which is what other hosts were getting. Merv Griffin fired him.

  • @johnissoevil .... if I read you right, we both agree that the new LINGO... SUCKS!

  • where is that fine azz chuck woolery? I luved him on the love connection..." we'll be back in two and two," we'll be back in two minutes and two seconds." I don't remember susan. I always thought it was Vanna.
