@mpillatzke It's a Hoyt Contender Elite, it was given to be by Hoyt... But I think about $1200-$1400 Aus for a top of the line bow these days.

Hope things are going well for you...I just had another question to ask. Do you ever shoot blank bale? Especially when when you dont have a full range but only about 5-10 meters of space. For me it helped tremendously with my scores. I hope to see more videos from you soon!! Happy holidays! :)

Hi. How long did it take you to get that low front shoulder technique working for you? Its aomething I am struggling with - love the vids.

@valintine41 hmm well I kind of had it. lost it and got it back again :D it's all about getting the shoulder line closer to the string without raising the shoulder. use the muscles under the scap to pull it down rather than trying to relax the neck and upper shoulder.... if that makes any sense in my crude descriptions :)... and draw length is crucial.

i saw you close your eyes! but you could probably shoot a bow better blind folded at 60 yards then i could with a target 3 times the size and at 10 yards =P

Hey Erika.. What arrow rest are you using?? I am thinking it is spot hogg? I can't remember. I have tried finding the vid you posted that talks about it but to no avail.. ;(.. I am getting better with my Hoyt. I am at 50 yards and in a 4inch pattern. Past that and the pattern gets a bit bigger as I go. Contacts and a 2x lense has made a Huge difference! Thanks for any info you could give! Mars..

Glad to see you're still shooting the UltraElite, I've always had a soft spot for them.

Also, just wanted to say that you're a great inspiration to me. I used to shoot every single day till the age of 17, at which point I messed up my right shoulder so badly that I'm only just able to start shooting again, but knowing that you've gone through much worse and are still able to shoot at the top level gives me hope that I can get to where I want to in the sport.

I am in not a bow person but I recently stumbled across your vids and I have to say they are fascinating to watch. I assume you review all your vids- have they made a substantial difference in your performance, or do you look for incremental improvements?
