A thermal image is easy to fake. You can produce one with photoshop.

It costs nothing to copyright. It is copyrighted when made. The trademark symbol and date is recommended to protect from future misuse.

He sounds credible to me. This is the sort of investigator who will break this field open.

Also, he is likely asking for $2 only because he spent $5000 obtaining copyright for the video.

I don't know all the circumstances of Mr. Green's encounter but it seems to me that, come daylight, an experienced researcher would have checked for foot/hand impressions, hair, etc . . . Lots of unanswered questions here, still, best of luck!
