@699anonym The Joker (in the Nolan-verse version, if you've even paid attention to the film) uses a knife when he KILLS people, and a gun to take control of a situation I.E. gets things the way he wants them to go. He'd use explosives only when it's necessarily appropriate and gone according to 'plan'. If you're speaking Joker-Joker, he killed Jason Todd with a crowbar and shot Barbara Gordon in the spine.

These are really entertaining. However, you needed to consult a smoker for this episode -- you have Jeremiah holding the butt in his right hand. This is incorrect for "driving while smoking" regardless of his dominant hand. As every smoker (or ex-smoker) knows, when one is smoking and driving, the cigarette is held in the hand closest to the driver's side window so that it's easy to flick the ash out of the window.
