Awesome... I bet a sump down in the basement helps keeps temperature stable during the hot months. Unless you have a chiller, then I guess it wouldn't matter lol. I have neither and my tank stays around 82 degrees all summer.

Its takes 5 minutes witha hammer drill to put a hole in a brick wall. PVC is dirt cheap. If he did it himself he probobly saved a thousand bucks having someone else do it. Aparently he takes his aquarium more seriously than you do.
