Smoke fire & heat on U.P. Geneva sub.

Caught this Grinder About to go to work on the Union Pacific's Geneva Sub. track# 1 . It was about 12:00am on August 7, 2009 The grinder was holding up for a couple of west bound trains to clear the Interlocking plant. @ mile post 30.1;
The Rail grinder unit is Like Monstrous Dremel tool on Wheels !!! With electric motors which are set up with an abrasive stone that grind & cut the rail head to reset the profile of the rail-head ! They put out a shower of amber sparks, a lot of smoke and heat. Its smells like the end of a fourth of July fire works show !!! One of the best action shots of a train by far @ night-time has got to be this !!!
