  • Also, does everyone get the same ammonut of 29 points?

    Or is it the same as how it used to be? Were you have points according to your weight?

  • I'm still not sure about pro points, I normally lose 2 to 3 pounds a week, this week (first week on pp) only lost 1 pound! I ate all my points, but none of my weekly ones. So I'm trying one more week, see what happens at weigh on Monday.

  • Great results! Do you feel as if you are eating more or less food or the same? I follow a pretty basic plan during my work week and I'm wondering if I will need to eat less or just more nutritiously. Thanks for these wonderful vlogs.

  • Ohhhh you probably shouldn't say Ireland is part of UK. We tend to get tetchy about it. ;D

    What you said about not fretting about what you eat is EXACTLY the frame of mind I am in with my eating habits. The point for me is a lifetime plan of eating healthily and within that we will always has good & bad times.
