Greetings!
Every now and then one tends to lose sight of who they are as an artist. Quite often we see what others are doing and follow the lead. I have been guilty of this and it doesn't always feel good.
The following project and its process is what feels good to me. For the time being, I want to be okay with JUST that; feeling good about what comes randomly from my mind and soul and onto the paper through my hands.
This is my beautiful niece Victoria. And just like her, this piece is original, soulful, and unique.

This was such a lovely layout, Vangie! I know what you mean about being at peace with what you are doing ~ trying new techniques may teach us something new to love, to enhance our art, and that is awesome as long as we stay true to ourselves. You are so wise. :D
